Couple demand refund from Singapore Airlines after sitting next to drooling, snorting dog for 13 hours

A New Zealand husband and wife were on a flight from Paris to Singapore seated next to a dog that was ‘snorting’ and passing wind throughout the journey. They say they weren’t informed before the flight.
