Earthquake hits Indonesia, killing 4 as restaurant collapses

The magnitude 5.1 quake, which hit residential areas in Jayapura, near Papua’s northern coast, was centred at a depth of 22km – shallow quakes often cause more damage on the Earth’s surface.
