Malaysia wants Google, Microsoft to follow Tesla, Amazon’s lead and invest: ‘we have to be opportunistic sometimes’

Malaysia has sought to capitalise on its attractiveness as a neutral supply chain base amid rising US-China tensions to bolster its position as a semiconductor hub and emerging data centre, its trade minister said.
