Proposed reforms to the UK Corporate Governance Code from 1 January 2019

ANALYSIS: A revised UK Corporate Governance Code, intended by the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) to be “shorter and sharper” and to restore public trust in business, is due to come into force for accounting periods beginning 1 January 2019.
