Japan to start reopening to foreign tourists from June 10; package tours to two airports

Begins with admission of tourists on guided package tours arriving at airports in Hokkaido and Okinawa; already set to double cap on arrivals to 20,000 a day next month, still far below pre-pandemic levels.
