Singapore’s Wong stresses ‘responsible’ fintech as crypto stance diverges from Hong Kong

The city state’s PM-in-waiting told Singapore Fintech Festival there should be ‘no doubt’ that it was ‘fully’ embracing emerging technologies. But he said a healthy level of ‘constructive paranoia’ and ‘divine discontent’ were also required.
